UAE Orders
• Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
• Deliveries are made Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.
International Orders
• Estimated delivery within 8–15 business days.
• Delivery times vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Important Information
• All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be extended during busy periods (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, holiday seasons, or high-demand launches).
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Feeya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Feeya abayas. However, if you wish to make a return, please review the policy below:
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items, customized pieces, or items purchased during promotional events are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

How to Return an Item
1. Contact our customer service team at contact@feeya.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service (details will be provided upon request).
